Upgrade to a Generator Day Tank Filling System
The old gauges controlling the filling process had reached the end of life and failed a blackout test.
The new system has the integral M3A gauging system and double redundant fail-closed valves to minimise and chance of an overfill on the building roof.
Fuelling system
Handed over to one of Ireland’s largest logistics companies with over 80,000 litres in capacity with Road Diesel, HVO and AdBlue storage and dispensing built-in.
Fuel System Upgrade
A fuel system upgrade for an industrial client to bring all their equipment up to the standard required under the OFTEC Ireland Guidelines. Upgrading their old fuel polishers to New IPU Group Eko Fuel Polisher, Moving tanks, Re-lining the leaking bund, painting the tanks, install new Fuel Lines to the generators and boilers.
Data Fuel System
This critical data fuel system is engineered to supply fuel across the site to eight large generators efficiently. The system features four duplex variable speed pump sets, a custom N+1 controls package, and a robust 90,000-liter bunded tank from Cookson & Zinn. Additionally, it includes a bespoke 3-tank fuel polishing system from IPU Group, equipped with an integrated live particulate and water content counter, ensuring optimal fuel quality and reliability.
Fuel Supply Cabinet For Boilers
We have designed an innovative fuel supply cabinet for boilers, offering customers a reliable backup option. This system allows you to easily connect a hired fuel tank to the cabinet using dry break fittings, instantly creating a viable dual fuel setup for the winter months. Engineered for flexibility, the cabinet is HVO-ready and fully compatible with the latest biofuels, ensuring a sustainable and efficient solution for your heating needs.
